Leo Poblano (d) c. 1950s deeply colored Pia Mesa travertine bear fetish 1-1/8” high by 2” long by 3/8” wide, SOLD. A beautiful natural turquoise point is the offering—two protections in one, plus the Leo smile. This bear was carved by Leo and finished with help from his wife, Ida Vacit, mother of Veronica.
Dylan Poblano turquoise medicine bear fetish, 1” high by 1" long by 3/8" wide, SOLD. This bear is carved from a nugget of turquoise; the wrap and eyes are sterling silver.
Veronica Poblano rainbow fluorite frog fetish, 7/8” high by 2” long by 2” wide, SOLD. This froggie sits on a carved pink mussel shell lily pad with tumbled amethyst eyes and an inlaid pink-gold druzy raindrop.
Dylan Poblano carved Kingman turquoise Zuni man’s face set in sterling silver pin, 1-1/8” high by 1-3/8” wide by 5/8” deep, $600. Very reminiscent of Leo’s jewelry work.
Veronica Poblano carved glass bird fetish set in sterling silver pin, 2-1/8” long by 1-5/8” high by 1/2” deep, SOLD. The glass is from a lamp by Isleta glass artist Tony Jojola, accidentally broken at Veronica’s home. She didn’t want this beautiful shard to be wasted.
Veronica Poblano labradorite bird fetish, 1-1/4” high by 2-1/4” long by 7/8” wide, SOLD. The necklace of lapis and turquoise is secured at the nape with a silver pin so it will not slip off.

Dylan Poblano necklace of carved Sleeping Beauty nesting bird fetish, adjustable 18” length, $700. Wrought sterling silver twigs and silver wire “string” along with red glass beads strung on fine silver wire are completely malleable (and comfortable!) so you can shape the necklace to your liking. There is a handmade silver hook closure that is easy to work and looks like one of the twigs.
Veronica Poblano old Kingman turquoise nesting bird fetish, 1-1/8” high by 2-7/8” long by 1” wide (leaf), $600. With crushed turquoise nest, coral, turquoise, and lapis rain drops, and Veronica’s sterling silver name tag on both the bird and the leaf.
Dylan Poblano matte-finished sterling silver rain maiden fetish, 3” high by 1-1/8” wide by 1” deep, $950. The appliqued coiled snake on the maiden’s robe and at her feet are water symbols.

This gorgeous creature sits on a pale angel skin coral branch adorned with natural Cripple Creek and old dark green carved turquoise leaves. Signed with Veronica's silver tag. These are the birds Veronica is famous for.

Dylan Poblano black marble King rain frog fetish on a sterling silver rain cloud throne, 3” high by 1-3/4” long by 1-3/4” wide, $1800. The frog sits securely on his throne without need for adhesive. Dylan made this frog and his throne specially to honor his grandfather Leo.
